Job Summary The Due Diligence Executive will be responsible for conducting comprehensive legal technical and statutory due diligence of land and real estate assets to support acquisitions development and compliance for real estate and construction projects Key Responsibilities Conduct land and property due diligence for residential commercial and infrastructure projects Verify ownership documents title chain sale deeds lease deeds gift deeds and partition deeds Check Encumbrance Certificates EC charges mortgages litigations and disputes Coordinate with advocates government offices and local authorities for record verification Review revenue records Khata Jamabandi Khasra Khatauni RTC Patta etc Verify land use zoning master plan approvals and change of land use CLU Ensure compliance with RERA local development authority norms and municipal laws Assist in registration mutation conversion and land acquisition processes Prepare detailed Due Diligence Reports highlighting risks gaps and recommendations Maintain proper documentation and digital records of all due diligence activities Support management in project feasibility and risk assessment Required Skills Competencies Strong understanding of real estate laws land records and construction regulations Ability to read and analyze legal and property documents Familiarity with state-specific land laws and registration processes Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Work Location In person
