Position Summary The Executive Purchase Store is responsible for effective management of construction materials including receipt storage issue stock control and reporting to ensure uninterrupted site operations and cost control Key Roles Responsibilities1 Material Receipt Verification Receive construction materials as per purchase orders and delivery challans Physically verify quantity quality and specifications of received materials Coordinate with Purchase Department for shortages damages or mismatches 2 Inventory Stock Control Maintain accurate stock records manual and system-based Ensure minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations 3 Material Issue Tracking Issue materials to site as per approved requisitions Maintain proper material issue records and update consumption details Track daily inward and outward movement of materials 4 Storage Housekeeping Ensure systematic stacking and safe storage of materials as per standards Maintain cleanliness safety and labeling inside the store Prevent theft pilferage damage and material deterioration 5 Coordination with Site Vendors Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for daily material requirements Coordinate with transporters and vendors for delivery schedules Support purchase team with material requirement forecasting 6 Documentation Reporting Maintain store registers inward and outward registers and bin cards Prepare daily weekly monthly stock reports and submit to management Maintain documentation for audits and internal reviews 7 Safety Compliance Follow safety rules during material handling and storage Ensure use of proper PPE inside store premises Maintain compliance with company store procedures and site safety norms 8 Computer ERP Usage Maintain records using MS Excel ERP Store software and email communication Prepare MIS reports for stock consumption and pending materials Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 13 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
