Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and disciplined DCDP Sushi Chef to join our cloud kitchen team The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in sushi preparation maintains high standards of food quality and hygiene and can work efficiently in a fast-paced delivery-focused kitchen environment Key Responsibilities Prepare and present sushi items including rolls nigiri sashimi and related Japanese dishes as per brand recipes and standards Ensure consistency in taste portioning and presentation for delivery orders Handle fish and seafood with proper cutting storage and food safety practices Assist in daily prep mise en place and station setup Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sushi station in compliance with FSSAI and internal SOPs Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control to minimize wastage Coordinate with senior chefs and kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours Follow all cloud kitchen processes including packaging standards and order timelines Report equipment issues quality concerns or supply shortages to the Head Chef Kitchen Manager Requirements Qualifications Culinary degree or DCDP certification from a recognized institute 1-3 years of experience as a Sushi Chef or Commis Sushi Chef cloud kitchen or QSR experience preferred Strong knowledge of sushi rice preparation knife skills and seafood handling Understanding of food safety hygiene and temperature control Ability to work in a high-volume delivery-only kitchen setting Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays Skills Competencies Attention to detail and consistency Time management and speed during service Team player with a positive attitude Basic inventory and cost awareness Ability to follow SOPs and standardized recipes Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
