Position Overview We are looking for a HR cum Accounts Monitoring Professional who can independently oversee HR operations compliance and financial monitoring across the organization This role is ideal for a mature professional who works with ownership accountability and discretion and is comfortable operating with flexible working hours based on deliverables rather than fixed office timings Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources HR - Monitoring Control Oversee employee onboarding and exit formalities Ensure HR documentation is complete and compliant appointment letters policies agreements etc Monitor attendance leave records payroll inputs and incentives Ensure policy adherence discipline and behavioral compliance Act as a neutral point of escalation for internal HR issues Coordinate with management on performance reviews increments and HR planning Ensure statutory HR compliance Accounts - Monitoring Governance Review and validate work done by the existing accountant Monitor monthly financial statements expense reports and cash flow Cross-check Vendor payments Payroll incentives GST TDS statutory payments Coordinate with Chartered Accountant Auditor Ensure timely filings and compliance Flag errors delays risks or irregularities to management Act as a financial control and compliance checkpoint Role Nature Senior Monitoring Control Role Focus on review compliance and governance Works closely with Management Accountant and CA High trust and confidentiality role Working Hours Flexibility Completely adaptable working hours Performance measured on Accuracy Compliance Reporting discipline Issue prevention Experience Eligibility 5 years experience in HR Accounts oversight Prior experience in senior monitoring or controller-type roles preferred Mature ethical and highly confidential professional Skills Required Strong review analytical mindset Ability to question verify and correct Excellent documentation reporting skills Clear communication with management and professionals Independent decision-making capability Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience HR 5 years Required Accounts 3 years Preferred Work Location Hybrid remote in Ernakulam Kerala
