Main Responsibilities Key Responsibilities but not limited to these o Experience in creating content such as articles videos emailers and speeches o Expertise in making presentations and is comfortable with new age digital tools o Act as the primary media contact for the Gujarat Plant Closely work with the Communications team at Head Office to manage all media inquiries and interview requests o Support in crisis communication efforts related to Gujarat facility including the development of response o Organize and oversee plant tours and media events including press conferences and interviews o Foster relationships with local media Monitor local media coverage on a day-to-day basis Behavioral o Extrovert enthusiastic committed positive attitude o Open to extensive travelling plus field visits as the role would require travel to the corporate office or other locations as needed o Believes in teamwork Behavioral o Extrovert enthusiastic committed positive attitude o Open to extensive travelling plus field visits as the role would require travel to the corporate office or other locations as needed o Believes in teamwork o Good interpersonal skills - Able to carry out a conversation with internal and external stakeholders o Willing to learn a recent area of business o Keen to understand data and create trends patterns o The candidate should be willing to work flexible hours Technical Functional o Excellent written and verbal communication o Good command on English Hindi and Gujarati language Analytical ability to convert data into stories
