Role Overview A highway design qualified with 4-8 years of experience in delivering geometric and Pavement design solutions for national and state highway projects Skilled in developing horizontal and vertical alignments plan-profile drawings typical sections super elevation and earthwork estimations Experienced in designing interchange configurations such as trumpet dumbbell cloverleaf partial cloverleaf and rotary layouts while ensuring compliance with IRC and MoRTH standards Adept at reviewing technical drawings coordinating with drafting and structural teams supporting DPR preparation assisting with client communication and maintaining accuracy and quality across all design deliverables Technical Key Responsibilities Prepare horizontal and vertical alignment designs for highway projects Pavement design as per IRC guidelines Develop plan-profile drawings typical cross-sections and super elevation details Estimate earthwork quantities and provide geometric inputs for structures Design and assess interchange layout options for feasibility Review technical drawings including GADs TCS and drainage plans Coordinate with drafting and structural teams to manage design deliverables Support client interactions and address review comments Contribute to DPRs feasibility studies and technical documentation Ensure compliance with IRC MoRTH and project-specific design standards Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with a minimum 4 to 8 years of relevant experience Knowledge of engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar Required Skills Highway geometric design Interchange junction design Alignment development horizontal vertical Super elevation cross-section design Earthwork estimation Technical drawing review Pavement design DPR preparation engineering documentation Project coordination team collaboration Client communication review support Quality assurance standards compliance Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
