Key Responsibilities Incoming Material Inspection Verifying that raw materials e g silicon wafers glass meet quality specifications before they enter the production line In-Process Inspection Monitoring the manufacturing process to identify and address any deviations from quality standards Final Product Inspection Conducting thorough inspections of finished solar modules including EL testing IV curve tracing and other relevant tests Testing and Analysis Utilizing various testing equipment and methodologies to assess the performance and reliability of solar modules Quality Control Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures including documentation record-keeping and non-conformance management Problem Solving Leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions CAPA to resolve quality issues Compliance Ensuring that the manufacturing process and final products adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations Reporting Preparing detailed inspection reports maintaining quality records and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders Job Types Full time Permanent Pay Up to 40 000 00 per month Application Question s Do you have an experience in Solar Manufacturing Industry Experience Solar 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
