Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable PGT Physics to teach Physics at the senior secondary level The ideal candidate will have robust subject expertise effective teaching skills and a commitment to nurturing scientific curiosity and critical thinking among students Key Responsibilities Teach Physics to Classes XI and XII in accordance with the prescribed curriculum Plan prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs Conduct practical laboratory sessions and ensure proper use and maintenance of lab equipment Prepare students for board examinations competitive exams and practical assessments Assess evaluate and monitor student progress through tests assignments and projects Provide academic support and mentoring to students as needed Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction Maintain accurate academic records lesson plans and assessment reports Participate in curriculum development academic meetings and professional development programs Uphold school policies discipline and a positive learning environment Required Qualifications Master s Degree in Physics M Sc Physics from a recognized university Bachelor of Education B Ed is mandatory Relevant teaching experience at the senior secondary level is preferred Skills Competencies Strong command over Physics concepts and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and classroom management skills Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner Proficiency in using digital tools smart boards and online teaching platforms Student-focused approach with a passion for teaching and learning Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and academic leadership Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
