Key Responsibilities Enter fabric inwards and outwards in the system with accuracy Maintain digital and physical records of fabric stock roll details and batches Generate daily weekly stock reports and consumption reports Coordinate with the store purchase and production teams for accurate data flow Manage fabric code allocation if applicable Assist in stock audits and physical inventory checks Ensure all data entries comply with company systems and formats Requirements Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role preferably in textiles or garment industry Positive knowledge of Excel Google Sheets or inventory software ERP knowledge is a plus Familiarity with fabric types measurements and basic terminology Ability to work with accuracy and speed Minimum education 12th pass or graduate preferably in commerce or textile-related field Good communication and coordination skills Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
