Job Summary We are seeking a responsible and experienced Resident Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential property This role involves managing tenant relations supervising maintenance handling rent collections ensuring compliance with property regulations and maintaining high occupancy levels The ideal candidate will live on-site if required ensuring immediate response to tenant and property needs Key Responsibilities Tenant Management Handle leasing renewals move-ins and move-outs Respond to tenant inquiries complaints and emergencies in a timely and professional manner Enforce lease agreements and property rules Rent Financials Collect rent and issue receipts Maintain records of payments and prepare financial reports Follow up on delinquencies and initiate eviction procedures when necessary Property Maintenance Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors or maintenance staff Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment Administrative Duties Maintain records of leases service requests inspections and vendor contracts Prepare monthly reports on occupancy revenue maintenance and tenant issues Ensure compliance with local laws and safety regulations Community Engagement Foster a positive living environment for residents Organize community-building activities or meetings if required Qualifications Proven experience as a Property Manager preferably in residential housing Strong knowledge of property management and tenant landlord laws Excellent communication customer service and organizational skills Basic understanding of accounting and budgeting Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite High school diploma required a degree in Real Estate Business or related field is a plus Other Requirements Willingness to live on-site if required Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 45 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Advantages Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
