As a Reservations Executive you will be responsible for managing the booking process for Travel Agents ensuring smooth and efficient reservations and providing excellent customer service Your role will involve handling inquiries processing bookings and coordinating with various departments to meet Travel Agents needs and preferences You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue through effective reservation management Bachelor s degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred Proven experience in a similar role preferably in the hospitality industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing reservations Proficiency in reservation management software or systems Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays as needed Understanding of sales techniques and revenue management principles is desirable Fluency in additional languages may be advantageous depending on the clientele Job Types Full time Permanent Pay From 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Fixed shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Experience Reservations 1 year Required Language Hindi Required Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
