We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented International Sales Manager - APAC to drive revenue growth through direct enterprise selling across APAC markets The role focuses on acquiring and expanding enterprise customers in technology-driven domains such as SaaS Telematics ADAS Industrial Automation or similar platforms working closely with internal teams to deliver value-led solutions Key Responsibilities Drive direct sales and revenue growth across APAC markets with ownership of enterprise accounts Identify qualify and close new business opportunities through consultative solution-led selling Manage the entire direct sales lifecycle prospecting discovery demos proposals negotiations and closures Develop market entry and expansion strategies for current APAC regions and customer segments Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and key decision-makers CXOs Heads of IT Operations Engineering Collaborate with Product Marketing Pre-Sales and Operations teams to ensure solution alignment and customer success Monitor market trends competitive landscape and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies Maintain accurate sales forecasts pipeline reporting and performance updates for leadership Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Engineering Marketing or a related field MBA preferred 3-8 years of experience in direct B2B sales preferably in SaaS Telematics ADAS Industrial Automation or technology platforms Proven experience in enterprise and mid-market direct selling with consistent target achievement Strong solution-selling negotiation and closing skills Experience managing multi-country or international customers within APAC is preferred Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment Fluency in English regional language skills are an added advantage
