WE ARE HIRING Post - Developement engineer mechanical responsibilities- 1 independently work on prototypes 2 conduct assembly riveting trials 3 Identify assembly difficulties quality risks repeatability issues solve it independently 4 Check record the assembly trials observations inspection readings test results 5 manufacturing the riveting tools assembly fixtures gauges checking tools inhouse from external vendors responsible for its trials validation 6 give inputs for tool requirements based on product design 7 Co-ordinate with external vendors 8 Ensure product is ready for mass production 9 Support line trials pilot lots manufacturing 10 Study cycle time consistency of tools process 11 Support SOP work instruction inputs 12 Support root cause analysis 13 Tool modifications optimisation 14 Cross-functional working with QA Design engineers Production Tool vendors 15 Act as single point of contact for assembly readiness 16 Responsible for benchmark sample checking analysis and part identification 17 Hands on experience of measuring instruments like vernier caliper micrometer skills - 1 Must have at least moderate knowledge of manufacturing processes 2 Hands on experience of tool assembly process 3 Ability to understand review assembly tool concepts 4 Experience working with tool vendors tool rooms 5 Can independently run trials 6 Can troubleshoot real production problems secondary skills not mandatory 1 Basic CAD understanding for design review 2 Exposure to jigs fixtures gauges 3 Basic knowledge of material properties like chemical composition mechanical properties Anyone might be interested Contact - careers tararelays com 91 90967 39335 Job Type Full time Pay 316 515 96 - 1 351 039 17 per year Work Location In person
