We are looking for a creative detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team and handle complete design solutions for residential and villa projects The ideal candidate should have robust design skills technical knowledge ability to coordinate with site engineers and experience in client interactions Key Responsibilities1 Design Planning Create functional aesthetic interior layouts 2D drawings and 3D visualizations Develop mood boards material boards and design concepts based on client requirements Space planning for living dining bedrooms kitchen and landscaping-related interiors Suggest color schemes lighting plans textures finishes and furniture arrangements 2 Client Interaction Meet clients understand requirements prepare design briefs Present concepts explain design ideas and take feedback for revisions Assist clients in material selection for tiles laminates veneers sanitary fittings lights fabrics etc 3 Technical Coordination Prepare detailed working drawings electrical plumbing false ceiling modular furniture tiling flooring drawings Coordinate with site engineers contractors carpenters MEP teams and vendors Conduct site visits to ensure the work is executed as per design and quality standards 4 Project Management Prepare BOQs material specifications and cost estimates Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery Support procurement team with vendor selection and price negotiations 5 Quality Brand Standards Maintain consistency with the company s design style and project quality Ensure practical sustainable and budget-friendly design solutions Required Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp 3Ds Max V-Ray Lumion Photoshop Strong creativity visualization and presentation skills Good understanding of materials modular furniture systems and site execution Excellent communication and client-handling skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Qualifications Bachelor s Diploma in Interior Design Architecture Experience in residential villa interior turnkey projects preferred Knowledge of current design trends and sustainable materials is an advantage Salary Range Based on experience and portfolio quality You can specify your range here Why Join Us Opportunity to work on premium villa and residential projects Creative freedom with supportive management Exposure to modern design trends and turnkey execution Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
