About the Role We re looking for a hands-on and proactive Production Engineer to join our fabrication team In this role you ll help plan and oversee daily manufacturing operations ensuring our structural steel products are made accurately efficiently and on time This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing company where your input directly impacts the production floor Key Responsibilities Plan and execute daily production activities based on job orders and targets Coordinate with design quality and stores teams to ensure smooth workflow Monitor fabrication processes to maintain productivity and reduce delays Ensure all work is carried out as per technical drawings and fabrication standards Supervise shop floor staff and assign tasks according to production needs Track material usage minimize waste and report discrepancies Ensure proper utilization of machines tools and manpower Identify production issues and resolve them in coordination with maintenance and QA teams Maintain production records reports and logs for internal tracking Promote safety and ensure compliance with workplace safety protocols Other duties as assigned by Manager What We re Looking For Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related 2-5 years of experience in production preferably in structural steel fabrication or heavy fabrication Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols Strong organizational and team coordination skills Basic knowledge of MS Office production planning tools or ERP systems A practical problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Nice to Have Experience working with CNC machines plasma cutting or welding setups Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing 5S or process improvement tools Exposure to ISO standards or quality systems Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Work Location In person
