Job Overview We are hiring energetic and motivated individuals for our IT Infrastructure and IT Support teams at Jaipur The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of hardware networking and system troubleshooting and should be eager to grow in a fast-paced NBFC environment Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure Assist in installation configuration and maintenance of IT hardware and software Support LAN WAN network configurations server maintenance and IT assets management Help in implementing IT security policies data backups and system monitoring Coordinate with vendors for IT procurements and AMC IT Support Provide first-level support to internal users hardware software network issues Handle troubleshooting of desktops printers and basic networking issues Maintain IT inventory and ensure timely updates Log support tickets and ensure timely closure Required Skills Basic knowledge of computer hardware operating systems and networking Familiarity with MS Office email setup and antivirus tools Robust communication and problem-solving skills Prior experience in NBFC domain will be a plus Eligibility Criteria Qualification Diploma Graduate in IT CS or relevant field Experience 0-2 years in IT Support or Infrastructure Availability Immediate joiners preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
