Job Title Academic Mentor Location Manjeri The Academic Mentor is responsible for guiding supporting and monitoring students throughout their learning journey The role focuses on academic assistance progress tracking counselling and ensuring that students stay motivated and engaged in their programs Key Responsibilities 1 Student Support Guidance Provide academic counselling to students regarding subjects course structure and study plans Assist students in understanding their syllabus assignments and examination requirements Clarify subject-related doubts through calls WhatsApp email or online sessions 2 Progress Tracking Monitor student attendance activity and participation in online classes Track assignment submissions exam schedules and learning progress Maintain updated student academic records on ERP LMS 3 Motivation Engagement Regularly follow up with students to ensure they stay engaged and active in their course Encourage students to complete assignments and meet deadlines Provide guidance to students struggling with time management or academic pressure 4 Coordination Coordinate with faculty members exam department and academic coordinators Communicate updates schedules and important academic announcements to students Support the admissions and counselling team with academic-related information when required 5 Administrative Responsibilities Prepare weekly and monthly academic reports Maintain communication logs and follow-up records of students Assist in planning academic events workshops and student orientation sessions Skills Competencies Robust communication and interpersonal skills Ability to guide and motivate students Basic academic knowledge and understanding of learning processes Problem-solving and student-handling skills Patience empathy and a student-first approach Qualifications Bachelor s Master s degree any discipline education background preferred Experience in student counselling mentoring or academic support preferred Experience in distance or online education is an added advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 9 975 50 - 39 575 56 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Work Location In person
