Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team at Kaizen Partners The ideal candidate should be proficient in Advanced Excel possess strong data management and reporting skills and be capable of generating accurate and insightful reports to support business decisions Key Responsibilities Maintain update and analyze company data using Excel or Google Sheets Prepare and generate MIS reports as required by management Work on data validation data cleaning and data accuracy checks Create Pivot Tables Charts and Dashboards to summarize information Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely data reporting Identify data trends and provide insights for decision-making Assist in process improvement through better data management practices Skills Required Proficiency in Advanced Excel Formulas Pivot Tables VLOOKUP Charts etc Strong understanding of Google Sheets and other reporting tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Background in Mathematics or Data Analysis preferred Good communication and coordination skills Experience 3-5 years of working experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar data reporting role Salary As per company standards Job Type Full time Work Location In person
