Site Engineer - 4D VDC Virtual Design Construction Position Overview Site Engineer - 4D VDC to be the bridge between daily project execution on site and digital project controls The ideal candidate will work closely with client teams site engineers from all disciplines and the 4D VDC engineering team to ensure accurate real-time capture and reporting of site progress in the 4D application Key Responsibilities Site Coordination Client Interface Coordinate with client representatives and site engineers from all disciplines Structure Architecture MEP Facade etc to gather project updates and requirements Attend daily site meetings briefings and walkthroughs to collect the latest progress information and issues Daily Site Data Collection Collect validate and compile day-to-day progress data including completed activities material consumption manpower hindrances safety and quality issues Capture site updates in standardized formats DPRs checklists Excel trackers digital forms photos Data Management Digital Reporting Organize and verify all discipline-wise updates before submission Share compiled site data with the 4D Application Engineer VDC team on a daily basis Ensure data is ready in the correct structure for smooth upload integration into the 4D BIM VDC application 4D Application Integration Support the updating of digital progress in the 4D VDC platform ensuring that actual site conditions and milestones are accurately reflected Close the loop by verifying that the application matches site realities and reporting any mismatches to the VDC 4D Application Engineer Quality Compliance Ensure all site data is up-to-date complete and aligns with project specifications client requirements and health safety standards Escalate discrepancies or critical issues to the project manager and digital team promptly Requirements Bachelor s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent Mechanical Electrical etc considered for discipline-specific roles 2 years experience as a Site Engineer preferably on BIM-enabled digital construction projects Skills in daily progress reporting DPR preparation and digital data collection Familiarity with basic digital BIM tools or willingness to learn Strong communication coordination and teamwork abilities Organized meticulous and proactive in capturing site realities Adaptable to work in a fast-paced multi-stakeholder construction environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 80 000 00 - 200 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
