Must have Node Js Typescript MongoDB API integrations-4 Years of experience About the Role We re looking for a Senior Node js TypeScript Engineer to build and scale backend services and platforms You will play a key role in designing and developing systems that power ourvoice AI products no-code workflow tools APIs and real-time applications This is a hands-on role combining coding excellence architectural input API integration skills and cross-team collaboration Key Responsibilities Design develop and maintain backend services APIs and platform components using Node js and TypeScript Build and optimize workflow-driven and real-time systems e g WebSocket event-driven pipelines Integrate with third-party APIs and SDKs such as Azure Speech ElevenLabs Exotel Plivo or similar cloud services Model and manage data efficiently in MongoDB ensuring performance and scalability Collaborate with frontend product ML and DevOps teams to deliver cohesive solutions Drive system design for scalability reliability and performance Implement best practices for security testing CI CD and observability Mentor junior developers and help raise engineering standards Requirements 5 years of backend development including 4 years with Node js and TypeScript 3 years of MongoDB experience data modeling indexing optimization scaling Proven ability to design and consume APIs REST GraphQL and integrate third-party SDKs Hands-on experience with workflow engines or no-code low-code platforms Familiarity with real-time systems WebSockets streaming pub sub Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures AWS GCP or Azure Excellent communication problem-solving and collaboration skills Nice to Have Exposure to Redis or message queues Kafka RabbitMQ SQS Experience with containerization orchestration Docker Kubernetes Focus Areas Node js TypeScript core backend development MongoDB data modeling indexing scaling API integrations Azure Speech ElevenLabs Exotel Plivo etc Workflow engines no-code low-code platforms Realtime systems and scalability What We Offer A chance to shape backend systems powering innovative AI-driven customer experience products Opportunities to work across a diverse stack from APIs to real-time orchestration and no-code workflows Collaborative high-ownership environment with visibility and impact Flexible working arrangements Job Type Full time Pay 1 400 000 00 - 1 500 000 00 per year Work Location In person
