Wellington College International Pune is seeking candidates for Admissions Manager role Candidate should have experience working in Education industry for 3 to 8 years minimum Good to have experience from International Schools 1 Independently manage the end-to-end admissions process ensuring accuracy compliance and timely enrolments meeting the targets 2 Develop and execute pupil recruitment strategies across all year groups to ensure that the school s recruitment targets are met delivering a first-class customer experience 3 Ensure 100 data accuracy in Government Register student insurance and compliance records for auditing purposes 4 Maintain CRM and database on daily basis and prepare monthly admissions reports 5 Handle day-to-day admissions administrative tasks such as issuing offer letters processing enrolments and maintaining student files hard and soft copies 6 Assist with Admissions related policies 7 Handle all incoming inquiries from prospective families via phone email or in-person visits providing prompt and accurate information and take them for a school tour 8 Counsel students on the programs offered guide them through the admission process and conduct the assessment tests and facilitate interviews with Heads of Schools 9 Diligently follow up with students regarding any inquiries through the Admissions CRM and keep all the file and records up-to-date 10 Initiate and conduct admissions-related events such as Open Days Taster Days Information Sessions and participate in Education Fairs outside the school 11 Assist in preparing admission-related presentations for events 12 Build relationships with existing and influential parents FoW Corporate Relations on tie-ups newer companies 13 Facilitate and organise outreach activities with Corporates and Organisations 14 Liaise with the insurance company and managing the student insurance process end to end 15 Willingness and flexibility to work long hours and weekends for assigned tasks and events 16 Provide support to the Head of Admissions when needed Interested candidates can also share resumes at careers wellingtoncollege in Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 750 000 00 - 1 200 000 00 per year Perks Food provided Health insurance Work Location In person
