Job Title Field Sales Executive - Restaurant Management Software Location Kolkata Company Royal 18 Global Tech Craft Pvt Ltd About Us Royal 18 Global Tech Craft Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing technology company offering advanced digital solutions for the F B industry We have developed a powerful Restaurant Management System designed to streamline operations improve efficiency and boost profitability for restaurants and food chains We are now looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Kolkata and help expand our product reach in the market Job Responsibilities Visit multiple restaurants cafes and food chains across Kolkata on a daily basis Present and demonstrate our Restaurant Management System to potential clients Understand customer requirements and explain software features advantages and pricing Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners managers and decision-makers Generate leads follow up on prospects and close deals effectively Maintain daily visit reports sales pipelines and client feedback Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding new clients and after-sales support Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 6 months-2 years of experience in field sales FMCG POS software or hospitality sales preferred Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills Ability to understand software products and explain them confidently Self-motivated target-driven and willing to travel extensively within the city Basic understanding of restaurants retail or hospitality operations is a plus Must have a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler for field visits Salary Benefits Salary Range 10 000 - 15 000 per month Attractive Incentives Based on performance experience and deal closures will be discussed during the interview Travel allowance and other benefits as per company policy Opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling tech company Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
