Job Title Surveyor - Buildings Pipeline Projects Company DIVA Projects Location Chennai Tamil Nadu Job Type Full time Immediate Joining Preferred About Us DIVA Projects is a leading construction and infrastructure company executing residential commercial industrial and pipeline projects We are looking for an experienced Surveyor who can handle surveying and leveling works for both buildings and pipeline projects with precision Key Responsibilities Carry out land surveying leveling and setting out works for building and pipeline projects Operate Total Station Auto Level and other surveying instruments with accuracy Prepare and verify site layouts drawings and alignment checks Assist engineers in BOQ verification measurements and billing support Maintain survey data records and ensure documentation is up to date Coordinate with site engineers contractors and project managers for smooth workflow Ensure accuracy safety and compliance in all surveying activities Requirements Diploma ITI B E in Civil Engineering or Surveying Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Surveyor in buildings and or pipeline projects Strong knowledge of surveying instruments and techniques Ability to interpret drawings site plans and technical specifications Good communication and coordination skills Fluency in Tamil and Hindi preferred Salary Competitive based on experience Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
