Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes ensuring that the organisation attracts retains and develops top talent This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong background in HRIS and ATS systems Duties Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy Manage the recruitment process including job postings screening interviewing and onboarding new employees using ATS systems such as Taleo and Workday Supervise and mentor HR staff fostering a collaborative team environment Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations while managing employee relations issues effectively Conduct data analysis to identify trends in employee performance turnover rates and other key metrics to inform decision-making Design and deliver presentations on HR initiatives to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS systems like PeopleSoft ensuring data integrity and confidentiality Oversee training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career progression Qualifications Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within a dynamic environment Strong knowledge of HRIS e g PeopleSoft and ATS e g Taleo Workday Excellent management skills with prior supervising experience in an HR context Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to present information clearly Proficient in data analysis skills to interpret complex information effectively Strong understanding of human resources principles practices and employment legislation Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple priorities efficiently If you are passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to our organisational success we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity Job Type Full time Work Location In person
