development methodology It comprises of groups like Usability Application Architecture Development and Quality Assurance and BA teams Qualifications 3 Years of Angular React web-UI development experience 3 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript HTML and CSS 3 years of hand-on experience with NODE JS server-side scripting and API development 1 years of hands-on exp in Generative AI projects Fair understanding of rapid UI development frameworks Bootstrap Tailwind Material UI Semantic UI etc 2 year of experience with Azure cloud development Should have good eye for Responsive UI design It is good to have a good understanding of business principles and practices Desired to have a strong understanding of the ethical implications of AI Able to support in implementing ethical guidelines for the use of Gen-AI Ensure that AI is used in a responsible and ethical manner Responsible to assist team on designing building and maintaining Gen-AI models and systems Basic understanding of how Gen-AI models work A strong desire to produce quality work adopt standards and adhere to those standards Must be able to think innovate out of the box Provide input to assist with continual improvement Regularly discuss current workload issues concerns etc Challenge team members to broaden their thinking about the environment and applications Ensure all work adheres to best practices Operate Maintain Manage the production issues of existing projects along with ongoing initiatives Standards Documentation Accountable for the creation of key standards and documents Ensure exposure to React Angular based UI for AI Gen-AI projects Must have exposure to NODE JS server-side scripting Ability to develop and maintain high-quality responsive user interfaces for web applications Should have exposure to Cloud computing platforms such as Azure for web-application deployment and management Ability to showcase the technical solution implemented and present it to all stakeholders Excellent Troubleshooting Analytical skills Ability to manage support multiple priorities Be interested in the new tech stack and complex problems solving Should be aware of complete software development lifecycle including analysis design configuration development and unit testing Should be able to share the consistent updates to project stakeholders on project risks and able to come up with risk mitigation plans Designing and implementing Azure based web app solutions Nice to have Gen AI Frameworks like LangChain Exposure to Azure AI services Hands-on experience with NET Python API development Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality responsive user interfaces for web applications Develop Scalable and Robust backend APIs aligned with business requirements Collaborate with designers product managers and backend developers to implement and improve UI UX designs Ensure the technical feasibility of UI UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Provide direction to the team in terms of technical issues and the design challenges Write clean maintainable and efficient code using HTML CSS and JavaScript Conduct
