Job Title Footwear Designer Executive Department Design Development Location Pitampura Delhi Reports To Head of Design Product Development Manager Job Summary The Footwear Designer Executive will be responsible for conceptualizing designing and developing innovative footwear collections aligned with market trends brand identity and customer preferences This role involves close collaboration with the product development merchandising and production teams to ensure that designs are both aesthetically appealing and commercially viable Key Responsibilities Research global fashion and footwear trends consumer preferences and competitor products Develop footwear design concepts sketches mood boards and CADs for current collections Select appropriate materials colors and finishes while considering cost durability and comfort Collaborate with product development teams for prototyping and sampling Review samples provide feedback and ensure designs meet quality fit and style standards Maintain a strong understanding of production processes raw materials and new technologies Work closely with merchandising and marketing teams to align designs with brand strategy Ensure timely completion of seasonal design calendars and collection launches Present design ideas and concepts to management for approvals Maintain updated design files technical sheets and specification documents Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Fashion Design Footwear Design or related field 2-5 years of experience in footwear design casual sports formal or specialized categories Proficiency in design software Adobe Illustrator Photoshop CorelDRAW CAD tools etc Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail and trends Knowledge of materials lasts soles and construction methods Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects Key Competencies Creativity innovation Market awareness trend forecasting Technical knowledge of footwear design development Collaboration teamwork Time management adaptability Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s What is your current location How much experience do you have in Footwear Designer Are you available to join us immediately
