Job Title Senior MEP Engineer Mivan High-Rise Residential ProjectsExperience 5-7 Years Location Financial District Gachibowli Hyderabad We are looking for a Senior MEP Engineer with hands-on experience in Mivan high-rise residential projects The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing MEP Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing systems to ensure timely execution quality and compliance with project specifications Key Responsibilities Plan execute and supervise all MEP works for high-rise residential projects Mivan Review and interpret MEP drawings specifications and BOQs Coordinate with consultants architects and contractors to ensure smooth execution Conduct site inspections identify deviations and implement corrective actions Monitor installation testing and commissioning of MEP systems Ensure compliance with safety quality standards and statutory requirements Prepare progress reports project documentation and assist in budgeting and cost control Manage subcontractors and vendors ensuring timely delivery of materials and services Provide technical guidance and support to the project team Required Skills Qualifications B Tech Electrical Engineering B E in Mechanical or equivalent 57 years of experience in MEP works specifically in Mivan high-rise residential construction Strong knowledge of HVAC Fire Fighting Electrical and Plumbing systems Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and project management tools Good communication coordination and problem-solving skills Job Type Full time Pay 450 000 00 - 650 000 00 per year Work Location In person
