About Us Lakshmi Infotech is a newly established e-commerce drop shipping company specializing in trading of products Lakshmi Infotech positions itself as a reliable partner for e-commerce entrepreneurs and distributers We actively deal in bulk quantities of various products We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company s accounting operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian accounting standards tax regulations and corporate policies This role requires strong analytical skills advanced knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Tally and Excel Key Responsibilities 1 Financial Reporting Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts including balance sheets profit and loss statements and cash flow statements 2 Tax Compliance Manage GST TDS and income tax filings in compliance with Indian tax laws Handle tax audits assessments and coordinate with tax authorities when required 3 Accounts Payable and Receivable Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain a healthy cash flow Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and customer invoicing 4 Auditing Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory audits Ensure compliance with audit requirements and provide necessary documentation 5 Team Leadership Supervise junior accountants and provide guidance and training Ensure the team follows best practices in financial processes and record-keeping 6 Tally and Excel Proficiency Maintain accurate records and financial data using Tally ERP Use MS Excel to prepare financial reports analyze data and create spreadsheets for budgeting 7 Compliance and Documentation Ensure compliance with accounting standards IND AS corporate laws and company policies Maintain and update financial records and documentation Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field CA CPA preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management Expertise in Tally ERP and advanced Excel functions pivot tables VLOOKUP data analysis In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards IND AS GST TDS and Income Tax laws Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities Preferred Skills Experience in a senior accounting role in the export sector Familiarity with ERP systems beyond Tally Benefits Competitive salary package Professional development and training opportunities Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
