Kenvue is currently recruiting for a PIM Scrum MasterWhat we do At Kenvue we realize the extraordinary power of everyday care Built on over a century of heritage and rooted in science we re the house of iconic brands - including NEUTROGENA AVEENO TYLENOL LISTERINE JOHNSON S and BAND-AID that you already know and love Science is our passion care is our talent Who We Are Our global team is 22 000 brilliant people with a workplace culture where every voice matters and every contribution is appreciated We are passionate about insights innovation and committed to delivering the best products to our customers With expertise and empathy being a Kenvuer means having the power to impact millions of people every day We put people first care fiercely earn trust with science and solve with courage - and have brilliant opportunities waiting for you Join us in shaping our future-and yours Role reports to Sr Manager Mktg Operations TechnologyLocation Asia Pacific India Karnataka BangaloreWork Location Fully RemoteWhat you will do Type of Role Serves as a senior level independent contributor with expertise in at least one technical area Responsible for a small to medium size project or components of a larger project Works effectively as part of a team Decision-Making Independently solves problems and resolves issues within area of expertise or escalates problems to the appropriate resource Analyzes a chain of events and applies technical knowledge collects facts and basic rationale to make recommendations for problem resolution Applies compliance requirements within scope of responsibility provides documentation as necessary and participates in compliance activities as required Knowledge Seasoned knowledge of operations technologies processes procedures and architectures including the ability to support nearly all technologies in the operations environment Understanding of the I T organization and where to escalate operational problems Understanding of J J operating company s products and business processes and the ability to prioritize the criticality of an operational incident and its impact on the business Supervision Received Provided Applies technical expertise and works independently within scope receiving general guidance Provides mentorship or guidance to more junior staff We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to serve as the Product Owner for our PIM initiatives using Salsify In this role you will be responsible for managing the Jira backlog facilitating Agile project management processes and ensuring the successful delivery of our product roadmap You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks based on our OKRs Objectives and Key Results and to drive continuous improvement in our Scrum practices Key Responsibilities Backlog Management Manage and prioritize the Jira backlog to align with business objectives and OKRs Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria Sprint Planning and Management Facilitate sprint planning sessions daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives Monitor and track sprint progress ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within scope Agile Coaching Serve as the Agile coach for the team promoting best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement Provide guidance and support to team members in understanding Agile principles and methodologies Collaboration and Communication Work closely with product managers developers designers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner Performance Measurement Track and report on key performance indicators KPIs to assess team performance and project success Use data-driven insights to inform backlog prioritization and process improvements Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Computer Science or a related field Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager preferably in a technology or product management environment Strong understanding of Agile methodologies specifically Scrum and experience with tools like Jira Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams Experience with PIM solutions particularly Salsify is a plus Scrum Master certification CSM CSPO or equivalent is preferred If you are an individual with a disability please check our Disability Assistance page for information on how to request an accommodation
