Supervisor of GDA and housekeeping Responsibilities Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor for GDA Housekeeping to oversee and manage the daily activities of General Duty Assistants and housekeeping teams in our hospital The ideal candidate must have a robust background in hospital operations team supervision and hygiene protocol implementation Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of GDAs and housekeeping staff Ensure adherence to hospital hygiene sanitation and infection control standards Monitor daily duties and ensure proper staffing for all hospital areas Conduct regular inspections of wards OPD ICUs and other patient areas Provide training to new and existing staff on patient care assistance and cleanliness standards Maintain duty rosters attendance and performance records Report issues and improvements to hospital administration Ensure patient and staff satisfaction through clean and supportive environments Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 5 years Required Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Night Shift Preferred Work Location In person
