Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs administering medications and assisting in medical procedures Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with doctors and healthcare teams Maintain accurate and detailed patient records reports and documentation Educate patients and their families on treatment plans medications and health management Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and assist in their professional development Assist in emergency situations and perform critical care interventions when required Coordinate with physicians specialists and multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care Requirements Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Nursing B Sc Nursing GNM ANM Registered Nurse valid license with respective Nursing Council Minimum 5 years of hands-on nursing experience in hospital or clinical settings Solid knowledge of medical procedures healthcare protocols and patient care standards Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to handle stress and work effectively in emergency situations Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
