We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Representative to join our team As a Payment Collection Telemarketing Representative you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to collect outstanding payments resolve billing issues and provide excellent customer service Key Responsibilities 1 Make outbound calls Contact customers via phone to collect outstanding payments discuss payment arrangements and resolve billing issues 2 Negotiate payment plans Work with customers to establish payment plans ensuring timely payments and resolving outstanding balances 3 Update customer information Accurately update customer records including payment information contact details and account status 4 Meet productivity and quality standards Achieve daily call volume payment collection and quality targets Requirements 1 Graduate 2 1-2 years of telemarketing or customer service experience Preferred 3 Excellent communication and negotiation skills Required 4 Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic setting Required 5 Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and Tally Preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Language Hindi Preferred English Preferred Work Location In person
