Superviosr for an Interior and Particle Board Furniture Factory Food and accommodation is available Duties and responsibilities are Production Oversight Supervising the manufacturing process of modular kitchens and particle board furniture from start to finish Monitoring production schedules and ensuring timely completion of orders Optimizing workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize waste Troubleshooting any issues that arise during production and implementing solutions to minimize disruptions Team Management Leading and managing a team of production workers including machine operators assemblers and quality control inspectors Assigning tasks and responsibilities to workers based on their skills and experience Providing training and guidance to ensure that workers understand their roles and perform them effectively Motivating team members to maintain high productivity levels and meet production targets Quality Control Implementing quality control measures to ensure that modular kitchens and particle board furniture meet industry standards and customer specifications Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring that any issues are addressed before products are shipped to customers Monitoring the use of materials and components to maintain quality and minimize waste Inventory Management Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials components and finished products Ordering materials and supplies as needed to maintain production levels Implementing inventory control measures to minimize shortages and excess stock Safety Compliance Enforcing safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working workplace for all employees Conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any hazards or violations promptly Providing safety training to employees and promoting awareness of safe work practices Communication and Reporting Communicating effectively with management colleagues and subordinates to coordinate production activities and address any issues or concerns Generating reports on production metrics including output efficiency and quality control measures Collaborating with other departments such as sales and logistics to ensure seamless coordination of production and delivery processes Continuous Improvement Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction Implementing changes and initiatives to enhance productivity quality and efficiency Encouraging feedback from employees and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement efforts Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
