We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant or F B industry The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of restaurant operations inventory control cost management vendor reconciliations and GST filings Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day financial records and general ledger Prepare monthly P L balance sheets and cash flow statements Manage inventory costing and reconcile raw material purchases vs usage Handle GST filing TDS payroll accounting and statutory compliance Track restaurant sales across outlets and reconcile with POS bank entries Manage vendor payments and ensure timely settlements Coordinate with internal teams for budget planning and cost optimization Work with external auditors during audit season Candidate Requirements Bachelor s or Master s in Commerce Accounting Minimum 5 years of accounting experience preferably in a multi-outlet restaurant chain Proficient in accounting software e g Tally Zoho Books QuickBooks etc Solid knowledge of GST TDS payroll and compliance Excellent Excel skills and analytical mindset Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Bonus Skills Experience working with central kitchens and cloud kitchens Familiarity with restaurant POS systems e g Petpooja POSist Toast etc Why Join Us Be a part of a growing F B brand Opportunity to work closely with leadership and influence operations Dynamic and performance-driven culture Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
