Job Summary The Senior Resident in Physiology plays a key role in the academic and clinical training of undergraduate and postgraduate students Responsibilities include teaching theoretical concepts conducting practical demonstrations participating in research activities and supporting administrative functions within the department Key Responsibilities Teaching Academic Responsibilities Deliver lectures and tutorials to MBBS BDS and allied health sciences students Conduct practical sessions in areas like hematology clinical physiology and experimental physiology Supervise and assess student performance through practical exams and internal assessments Contribute to the development of academic content and question papers Mentor students and junior residents in their academic work Research Scholarly Activities Participate in departmental and interdisciplinary research projects Contribute to writing and publishing scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals Present research findings at national and international conferences Assist in thesis guidance for postgraduate students if applicable Administrative and Departmental Support Help organize workshops CME Continuing Medical Education programs and departmental meetings Maintain records and reports as per NMC and institutional guidelines Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of laboratory equipment Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a smooth academic workflow Eligibility Criteria MBBS degree from a recognized university MD in Physiology from a recognized medical college institution approved by the NMC Valid registration with State Medical Council NMC Teaching experience is desirable but not mandatory Qualification - MBBS MS MD DNB Eligibility - As per NMC Norms Speak with employer (phone hidden) (phone hidden) Mail Id esidiwagar gmail com elevatedsynergyindia gmail com Job Type Full time Pay 80 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Work Location In person
