Job Title Site Engineer - Interior Design Experience 2 to 3 Years Location Chennai Job Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with experience in Interior Design to join our agile team The ideal candidate will oversee the execution of interior fit-out projects on-site coordinate with stakeholders manage site resources and ensure work is completed according to design specifications quality standards and project timelines Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day interior site activities to ensure smooth and timely execution Interpret interior design drawings plans and specifications and ensure work aligns with approved layouts Coordinate with architects designers contractors and vendors for materials and on-site execution Monitor and control project progress quality and costs Ensure adherence to safety standards and site protocols Manage site teams including subcontractors and labor Prepare daily weekly progress reports and report updates to the project manager Attend site meetings client briefings and coordination meetings Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials on-site Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure high workmanship standards Identify and resolve technical issues or site-related challenges Key Skills Requirements Bachelor s Diploma in Civil Engineering Interior Design or related field 2-3 years of experience in interior site execution or fit-out projects Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and detailing for interiors Excellent project management coordination and problem-solving skills Good communication and leadership abilities Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple sites if required Preferred Experience in residential commercial or retail interior projects Familiarity with sustainable materials and green interior practices Benefits Petrol Allowance Provided Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 75 Required Work Location In person
