We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team This is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition while working closely with experienced HR professionals Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals LinkedIn and internal databases Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database Support HR team in onboarding and documentation of selected candidates Handle follow-ups and ensure a smooth recruitment process Assist in posting job descriptions on various platforms Requirements Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor s degree in HR Management Psychology or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of MS Office Excel Word Passionate about recruitment and people management Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment What You ll Gain Practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment Opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Schedule Morning shift Work Location In person
