About Us MyFirstStay com is an online accommodation platform built for students and working professionals to discover verified and affordable rental properties PGs hostels and shared flats across India We re building a trusted ecosystem that connects tenants with property owners directly no brokers no hassle Job Role Overview We are seeking a skilled internet-savvy team member to manage all day-to-day portal-related operations This includes handling property inquiries contacting new property owners managing and updating listings performing basic admin tasks and assisting in improving the quality and reach of the platform Key Responsibilities Respond to accommodation inquiries via website WhatsApp or email Contact property owners via phone WhatsApp or email to list their properties Add update and manage property listings on the portal Collect accurate details from owners rent amenities images rules location etc Research and identify new PGs hostels and rental options in target cities Support customers and owners with onboarding listing problems or basic technical questions Maintain records of listings owners and inquiry follow-ups in Google Sheets CRM Report bugs errors or listing issues to the development team Occasionally assist with blog posts social media research or promotions related to listings Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong knowledge of internet browsing online research and using web tools Positive written and spoken English Hindi knowledge is a plus Basic understanding of how online portals and listing websites work Comfortable using Google Sheets forms WhatsApp Web and email tools Self-motivated with a proactive and organised work style Prior experience in real estate listings customer service data entry or content moderation is a plus Female candidates preferred Share your CV at hr nextbigtechnology com Contact (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person
