Nextgen Academy is hiring an experienced and passionate CMA USA Faculty to train students in Part 1 and Part 2 of the Certified Management Accountant CMA USA program We are looking for faculty who can simplify complex concepts engage learners and guide them toward exam success Key Responsibilities Deliver classroom or online lectures for CMA USA Part 1 Part 2 modules Create lesson plans study materials and practice tests aligned with IMA syllabus Guide students through case studies numerical problems and concept clarity Conduct assessments mock exams and provide performance feedback Stay up to date with CMA USA exam changes updates and best practices Maintain high levels of student engagement and satisfaction Support students with exam registration strategies and doubt-clearing sessions Requirements -CMA USA Qualified CA CPA ACCA or relevant finance qualification -Prior experience in teaching CMA USA or similar finance accounting courses -Strong command of accounting finance costing and performance management -Excellent communication and presentation skills English proficiency required -Passion for teaching and mentoring students toward global certifications Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
