Job Title Phone Repair Technician Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and committed Phone Repair Technician with over 2 years of experience The ideal candidate should be able to diagnose and repair a wide range of hardware and software issues in smartphones Basic Arabic speaking ability is a plus English communication is preferred Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair hardware issues such as broken screens faulty batteries charging ports and speakers Troubleshoot and resolve software problems including OS installation updates and virus removal Replace damaged or defective parts using the appropriate tools and techniques Test devices thoroughly before and after repair to ensure proper functionality Maintain accurate records of repairs parts usage and customer details Ensure proper handling of tools spare parts and compliance with ESD Electrostatic Discharge safety standards Offer technical support or guidance to customers when necessary Keep the workstation clean organized and compliant with safety regulations Display a strong commitment to quality work and professionalism Requirements Requirements Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile phone repair Robust understanding of both hardware and software diagnostics Ability to communicate in English basic Arabic is a plus Familiarity with repair tools equipment and safety procedures Reliable responsible and organized Benefits Benefits Salary OMR 150 - 170 Tax-Free Working Hours 10 hours day Weekly Off 1 day per week Accommodation Transportation and Medical Provided Employment Visa 2-year contract
