JOB TITLE Senior Executive - Franchise Support Student Engagement LOCATION Pune Full-time Work from Office COMPANY OVERVIEW Reliance Animation Academy a division of Reliance Animation Studios Pvt Ltd is a premier institution for creative education in Animation and Visual Effects Established in 2009 and backed by a renowned production house the Academy helps students build rewarding careers in the media and entertainment industry through franchise centers across India ROLE OVERVIEW The role involves supporting franchise operations and enriching student engagement by coordinating with franchise partners academic teams and internal stakeholders The candidate will play an significant role in driving growth maintaining academic quality and enhancing the student experience KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate with franchise centers to collect and manage MIS reports Mentor and monitor counselors and sales staff at franchise locations Review counseling and conversion performance and give feedback Act as a liaison between franchisees and Head Office to resolve concerns Work with the Academic Head to ensure academic quality and uniformity Counsel walk-in students and parents at the Head Office Support college visits and academic tie-ups for outreach Take up other tasks given by the Business Head QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS 2 to 4 years of experience in student counseling franchise management or educational operations Good communication and people skills with a student-first approach Sales-oriented with the ability to track leads and improve conversions Analytical skills and project coordination experience Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets and reporting tools Experience in education sales or academic partnerships is an advantage Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field preferred ELIGIBILITY Female candidates only WORK SCHEDULE Monday to Saturday 9 30 AM to 6 30 PM Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
