We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing team In this role you will be responsible for advising clients on travel options creating customized itineraries booking travel services flights hotels holiday packages and delivering exceptional customer service You must be passionate about travel sales-driven and possess excellent communication skills Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries via calls emails and online platforms Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable travel packages or customized options Provide information on destinations travel routes accommodation and transportation Convert leads into confirmed bookings while achieving monthly sales targets Maintain strong product knowledge of airline routes fare rules consolidator fares hotel deals and vacation packages Upsell value-added services such as travel insurance airport transfers visa assistance and upgrades Build lasting client relationships through post-sale support and follow-ups Coordinate with airlines hotels and other vendors to ensure seamless travel arrangements Stay updated on global travel trends promotions and safety protocols Key Requirements Proven experience in travel sales or a customer-facing travel role minimum 2 years Strong knowledge of GDS Amadeus Sabre Galileo and OTA platforms preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a target-driven rapid-paced setting Customer-focused with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends or holidays if required Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Experience travel sales 1 year Preferred Shift availability Night Shift Preferred Day Shift Preferred Work Location In person
