Job Summary We are looking for a young and dynamic HR Executive to support the HR department in handling the process of recruitment employee relationships and HR Operations in our company smooth We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to support our HR Department in handling recruitment employee relationships and HR operations in our software company The candidate will be responsible for managing all employee policies l Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment process including job postings screening resumes scheduling and conducting interviews for technical and non-technical roles Assist in the onboarding of new employees and maintain updated employee records Implement and communicate HR policies and help ensure compliance with labour laws and company standards Handle employee queries grievances and assist in conflict resolution to maintain a positive work setting Support performance appraisal processes by organising review meetings and maintaining records Coordinating employee training and development programmes Assisting in managing payroll benefits and attendance records Organise employee engagement activities to foster team spirit and a healthy workplace culture Supporting exit formalities including exit interviews and documentation Eligibility MBA in Human Resources with a related or equivalent degree Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR role in the software or IT industry Good understanding of HR practices and labour legislation Proficiency in MS Office knowledge of HR software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information sensitively Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks Salary Negotiable as per industry standard Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
