POSITION OVERVIEW LITS Services is looking to hire an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM Techno-Functional Consultant to join its large Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM projects The Consultant will be responsible for reviewing client business processes re-engineering the client s processes to improve efficiency and performing many of the functional technical tasks required for successful CRM implementations You must have a good knowledge of the CRM series and hold certifications You will work mostly at offsite would require travel onsite to work project deliverables JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain functional technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM modules mainly Sales Customer Services Marketing Field Services Deliver professional functional technical consulting of new implementations and support for Dynamics CRM implementation Thrive at customer interaction engagement Collaborate with Product Management and Business Process Owners to analysis and design business requirements Translate business requirements into detailed User Stories and corresponding Acceptance Criteria Serve as a liaison between business and technology to translate business solutions designs and processes into development work for Agile Release Train Scrum Teams Proactively document solutions processes designs and lessons learned Incorporate learnings into future solution design considerations Work closely within the technology team to shape the technical landscape of the assigned application processes and technology Support 3rd party products as added to product stack REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Candidate must have a bachelor s degree in computer science or related field 3-5 years of consulting or project experience specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM Modules Strong advisory and presentation skills Ability to communicate effectively to the client and all levels within the organization Experience with both CRM on-premises and online versions Solid knowledge of coding standards and methodologies Well versed in writing C JavaScript code Strong technical functional background with demonstrated experience in custom codes plugins workflows JavaScript web resources Must have experience using TFS DevOps and solution management Familiarity with Agile methodology Dynamics stack experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM is a MUST Has a proven track record of providing functional consultancy and delivering complex full life-cycle implementation upgrade extensibility performance optimization integration data migration security and support of D365 CE CRM in a consultancy role Deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE CRM and modules stack and server architecture web services security cloud and infrastructure Desire to learn and implement Microsoft Azure solutions Experience with corporate end-user training Experience in presales POC preparation presentations Experience in business intelligence and reporting using Power BI PowerApps Flow and Common Data Services CDS Job Type Full-time Pay 235 470 00 - 306 111 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person Application Deadline 30 08 2025 Expected Start Date 01 09 2025
