The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee all QA processes in the garments manufacturing unit to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards The role involves setting quality benchmarks leading quality teams implementing control systems and liaising with production merchandising and buyers Key Responsibilities Quality Control Inspection Develop and implement quality control systems for raw materials in-process production and finished garments Supervise inline end-line and final inspections to ensure compliance with specifications Approve pre-production samples and sealing samples before bulk production Process Management Define Standard Operating Procedures SOPs for QA checkpoints Ensure adherence to quality assurance procedures at all stages of production Implement corrective action plans for non-conformance and defects Team Management Manage train and evaluate a team of quality controllers inline checkers and auditors Allocate inspection schedules and monitor team performance Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement on the shop floor Reporting Documentation Maintain records of inspections audits rejections and corrective actions Submit regular QA reports to senior management and buyers as required Analyze defect trends and suggest process optimizations Buyer Vendor Coordination Coordinate with buyers QA teams for inspections audits and compliance reviews Ensure all customer-specific quality standards are met or exceeded Handle quality complaints and work with vendors to resolve issues Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 80 000 00 - 125 000 00 per month Work Location In person
