We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive to lead and manage our signage production operations This role involves overseeing production inventory delivery quality control team management and overall operational efficiency Key Responsibilities Plan and implement strategies to improve operations and productivity Lead guide and train the operations team for smooth day-to-day functioning Supervise production to ensure quality and timely delivery of signage products Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials Ensure all products meet quality standards through inspections and testing Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure on-time dispatch to clients Maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety regulations Prepare and manage budgets control operational costs and improve efficiency Build strong relationships with vendors and clients for smooth coordination Analyze data and prepare reports on operations performance Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in operations preferably in the signage or manufacturing industry Robust leadership and team management skills Knowledge of signage production materials and equipment Good understanding of inventory quality control and logistics Proficiency in MS Office and operations software tools Strong problem-solving time management and decision-making skills Knowledge of safety and compliance standards Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Experience Signage Industry 4 years Preferred Work Location In person
