We are looking for a Store Incharge and Purchase Executive with hands-on experience in the construction site industry to manage procurement activities vendor negotiations inventory control and material planning to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution The required person will be at the site Key Responsibilities Plan and execute procurement strategies for construction materials and assets Coordinate with project and construction teams for material requirements Identify evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for best price quality and credit terms Prepare purchase orders comparative statements and procurement reports Maintain purchasing records invoices contracts and inventory transfers Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels with warehouse coordination Track supplier and subcontractor performance Support cost reduction initiatives and handle returns damages and warranty claims Ensure compliance with applicable laws and procurement standards Skills Requirements Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes Financial analysis and cost control understanding Well-organized detail-oriented and decision-making ability Familiarity with inventory management and documentation Experience 2-4 Years Location Goa Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Experience total work 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
