Company Overview Constrotech established in 2011 is a leading engineering consultancy firm specializing in Project Management and Quantity Surveyor and civil engineering services within the construction industry With a presence across Maharashtra Gujarat Rajasthan and Karnataka Constrotech is expanding its operations pan-India ConstroTech Associate LLP Job Title QS Estimation Engineer Location Pune Experience 2- 3 Years Industry Construction Employment Type Full time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor QS Engineer with 2- 3 years of experience in the High-rise Residential Commercial building The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation BBS RCC Finishing Rate analysis project budgeting tendering contract administration and overall cost control for residential and commercial projects You will play a critical role in ensuring the financial success and contractual integrity of ongoing and upcoming developments Key Responsibilities Cost Estimation Budgeting Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets based on project drawings and specifications Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and cost plans Tendering Procurement Prepare Bills of Quantities BOQs tender documents and assist in evaluating contractor bids Support the procurement of subcontractors materials and services Cost Control Monitoring Monitor project costs to ensure adherence to the budget Track variations value engineering opportunities and provide cost reports Site Coordination Liaise with site engineers contractors and consultants for measurement and verification Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify work done for payments Reporting Prepare regular cost and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders Provide input on cost implications of design changes and project scope revisions Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or a related field 2 -3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and regulations Proficient in MS Excel AutoCAD and QS software Excellent analytical negotiation and communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred Attributes Experience in residential High - Rise Building commercial projects Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
