We are seeking a technically skilled Project Development Manager with 1-2 years of experience in post-tensioning systems for projects in Bengaluru The ideal candidate will manage project execution while also supporting marketing and business development activities in the region Fluency in Kannada and Hindi is required and preference will be given to local candidates Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage post-tensioning project execution from start to finish Coordinate with site teams clients and consultants within Bengaluru Supervise installation work and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Prepare project proposals and support business development locally Monitor progress and assist in cost control and planning Requirements B E B Tech in Civil Engineering 1 to 2 years of experience in post-tensioning preferable Fluent in Kannada and Hindi English is a plus Must be a local candidate from Bengaluru or nearby regions Conduct marketing visits presentations and site meetings in and around Bengaluru Proficient in AutoCAD MS Project and civil engineering tools Good communication and team management skills Age limit Maximum 35 years Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with post-tensioning contractors or systems Basic knowledge of post-tensioning design principles Certification or training in post-tensioning techniques Experience in client management and business development in the construction industry Knowledge of local construction regulations and site practices in Karnataka Benefits Competitive salary with performance incentives Travel allowance as per project requirements Opportunity to work in leading post-tensioning projects in Bengaluru Training and growth opportunities in a technical environment Job Type Full time Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 1 year Required Work Location In person
