Job Title Purchase Assistant Male Location Warje Pune Salary 15 000 - 20 000 per month Experience 1 - 2 Years Industry HVAC Building Solutions Construction Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Assistant to support the procurement function The role involves vendor coordination material sourcing purchase documentation and site-level verification to ensure timely and accurate supply of materials as per project requirements Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing and procurement of materials as per BOQ and site requirements Prepare and process purchase orders GRNs and maintain procurement records Coordinate with vendors for pricing delivery schedules and payment follow-ups Maintain inventory and material tracking records Verify bills challans and related documentation Coordinate with project store and accounts teams for smooth material flow Visit project sites for material inspection quantity verification and quality checks Travel to sites as required to monitor material receipt and usage Develop and maintain a vendor database and support negotiations Required Skills Qualifications Diploma Graduate in any discipline Supply Chain Mechanical preferred 1-2 years of experience in Purchase Procurement HVAC MEP preferred Willingness and ability to travel to project sites and work in site environments Good communication coordination and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP systems Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred Gender Preference Male Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
